You can build relationships that reflect your values, and feel supported while you do it.

I’m based in NYC and I help people navigate life, relationships, and those “what now?” moments that catch us off guard. I work with individuals and couples who want to live more fulfilling lives, understand themselves and their connections better, or rekindle the spark in their relationships. I also work with people going through difficult life transitions, like separation, divorce, or career pivots. My approach is trauma-informed, mind-body oriented, and culturally aware. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, support immigrant-related challenges, and, when relevant, clients exploring ethically non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships.
Before counseling, I spent years in demanding, high-pressure finance roles, including investment banking, trading, and asset management. I hold an MBA from NYU Stern. Choosing to leave a high-stakes career for something deeply meaningful, gave me firsthand insight into the courage major life changes require and how to navigate them sustainably. That experience also helps me understand the pressures of high-intensity work and support clients balancing ambition, creativity, and a desire for connection and meaning. I get what it feels like to have a successful life, but still wonder if you’re missing something.
In my practice, I work with many people in corporate, startup, as well as in creative fields.
I help people deepen connection, communicate more clearly, stop repeating painful patterns, and create lives and partnerships that feel aligned with their values. I also support clients exploring ethically non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships, helping them navigate complex emotions, set clear agreements, and build intentional and sustainable partnerships.
I blend Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), strength-based methods, and body-oriented therapy approaches. Together, we create a warm, grounded, and empathetic space where you can explore your needs, gain clarity, and build relationships and lives that feel meaningful. We tackle the big questions, but there’s always room to laugh, breathe, as we make sense of the chaos together. Basically, I help you figure out the “how” while keeping the “why” alive.

Working with Inna has been one of the most healing experiences of my life. She supported me and my partner through couples therapy that eventually lead to a complex separation. Looking back now, I’m genuinely in awe of how she held space for both of us with such clarity, compassion, and grace.
I also joined Inna’s separation and divorce support group, which ended up being something I didn’t know I needed. Each week, a small group of us from totally different backgrounds came together to share our ups and downs, our hard days and small wins. Inna guided the conversations in a way that felt natural and deeply respectful. She made room for all the emotions - grief, anger, confusion, even moments of laughter, and helped us all feel seen.
I never expected to find so much connection with strangers, or to feel so supported by people outside my usual circle. The group, along with Inna’s steady presence, helped me process what I was going through in a much deeper way . The healing I experienced under Inna's care has been lifechanging.
If you're navigating a relationship shift of any kind, I can't recommend Inna enough. She is wise, grounded, and truly gifted at what she does.
I have been working with Inna for almost 2 years. She has been absolutely amazing! She’s helped me through a lot of life’s transitions as well as helped me work on past trauma. She’s a very compassionate and understanding in her sessions. I appreciate her candor most. Thanks, Inna!!!
Inna helped me through the darkest time of my life. I was in an abusive relationship for three years, unaware of how deeply I was being gaslit and harmed, until it nearly broke me.
When I came to Inna, I was emotionally and mentally dead. She didn’t just listen, she met me each week with extraordinary care and skill, and slowly brought me back to life. She helped me reclaim my strength, my sanity, and my will to live. Inna laid the foundation for my healing, and thanks to her, I am finding my way back to light, to love, and to myself.
Inna, thank you for being the person who helped me survive.
Inna is absolutely wonderful. She has helped our relationship in some of the most thoughtful ways. She knows how to find the matter of an issue and help you find that resolve in an extremely effective and loving manner. Perceptive, kind, thoughtful. Inna embodies all of these qualities with her practice. We're truly grateful.
I was in a dark place when I called Inna about the separation and divorce group - my wife had recently moved out and shortly after starting the group we filed for divorce. I found much needed community in Inna’s groups - people who saw what I was going through and helped me climb out of one of the lowest points in my life. People who knew the right thing to say so I felt heard and understood. Inna does a magnificent job guiding the group so we are each encouraged to think in new ways about our situations and share our thoughts and emotions in a supportive space.
Working with Inna made me feel enlightened. We made discoveries on what made me stuck in my relationships, which I wasn't aware of. There aren't that many coaches or therapists who are well versed with non-conventional relationships such as ENM and poly, and having someone who understood my choices was wonderful.
Inna was terrific! She provided just the right amount of guidance, therapy and coaching to the members of our group. I would highly recommend her sessions to anyone looking to work through a challenge or problem.
