Our Phoenix Rising Divorce Support Group is here to help you navigate the emotional and practical aspects of this difficult time. Find a safe, empathetic space to share, heal, and rebuild. We will guide you through a structured program designed to address the unique emotional, psychological, and practical aspects of divorce.
During our sessions, we will cover essential topics relevant to the participants, such as:

About Your Facilitator
Inna Yulman is a NYC-based relationship counselor who specializes in supporting individuals and couples in navigating their relationships. Inna holds a graduate degree in Psychology from Harvard University. Her work is informed by various therapeutic approaches, including emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), strength-based counseling, and body-centered work with anxiety. Inna leverages her own experience of going through divorce, creating a collaborative co-parenting arrangement, and recreating her relationship to herself and to others to understand the emotions her clients go through, and guide them through this challenging process. Over the years her clients have developed better coping strategies for complex situations, improved their self esteem and resilience. Most have also been able to create a new life where they set better boundaries, expressed their needs in healthy ways and found the connections that allowed them to feel secure and thrive. Meetings will take place for 8 weeks starting on October 10th, 2023. We will meet for approximately 1.5 hours on Tuesdays at 6:00pm EST (3pm PST, 5pm CST).
The meetings will take place online or in person in Chelsea, based on preferences
The cost of the workshop is $400 for 8 sessions per person, paid upfront.
